- Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other 3rd party postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Bondi Sands reasonable control.
- Online orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.

Delivery Delays
Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times. Please contact our Customer Care team for any additional updates on your order.
Australia Post may experience delivery delays and service impacts during peak periods, see their updates HERE.
For the fastest delivery option we encourage customers to select Express Shipping at checkout on eligible orders (aerosol products excluded), and your order will be prioritised for delivery by Australia Post.

Australian Delivery

Retail Orders - Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) is FREE for all orders over $60, otherwise a flat rate of $6.95* applies.

Express Delivery (1-3 business days) is also available - flat rate of $14.95 applies. (*all aerosol items will incur an additional shipping fee).

Professional Orders - Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders over $250, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 applies.

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature;

Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.
Aerosols
Aerosol products cannot be sent outside of Australia.
New Zealand Delivery

Delivery is FREE for all orders over $80NZD, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 AUD applies to all orders to New Zealand

All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days.
International Delivery (Rest Of The World)

A flat rate of $29.95 AUD applies;

All orders are sent via Registered International Post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for;

Please note that international orders may incur custom duties and taxes upon delivery, which are payable by the customer. Import taxes, customer/duties are enforced by local Governments and are not controlled or imposed by Bondi Sands or our chosen freight provider. Orders containing Salon Solutions are unable to be delivered outside of Australia.

In the event of a dispute between Bondi Sands and its customer about an order made on the bondisands.com website, the data registered by Bondi Sands will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction.
