Updates To Our Payment Process

We have changed our processes a little and here’s what you’ll need to know. Moving forward, you’ll only be charged once your order has been dispatched, not at checkout. A pending payment will appear in your account, but the amount won’t be deducted until your order ships. You can expect your initial reservation/authorisation hold to be released after 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

Please ensure your credit card is up to date to avoid payment issues. If there’s a problem with charging your payment, we’ll notify you to update your information. This change applies to new orders after the 28th of March. For questions, contact customer service at info@bondisands.com.au

Delivery Times

Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other 3rd party postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Bondi Sands reasonable control.

• Online orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays

Delivery Delays

Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times. Please contact our Customer Care team for any additional updates on your order. 

Australia Post may experience delivery delays and service impacts during peak periods, see their updates HERE. 

For the fastest delivery option we encourage customers to select Express Shipping at checkout on eligible orders (aerosol products excluded), and your order will be prioritised for delivery by Australia Post.

Australian Delivery

• Retail Orders - Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) is FREE for all orders over $60, otherwise a flat rate of $6.95* applies.

• Express Delivery (1-3 business days) is also available - flat rate of $14.95 applies. (*all aerosol items will incur an additional shipping fee).

• Professional Orders - Standard Delivery is FREE for all orders over $250, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 applies.

• All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

• It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

• For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature;

• Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

• Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

Aerosols

Aerosol products cannot be sent outside of Australia.

New Zealand Delivery

• Delivery is FREE for all orders over $80NZD, otherwise a flat rate of $14.95 AUD applies to all orders to New Zealand 

• All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

• It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

• All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days.

International Delivery

Check below for our international shipping destinations and rates.

• All orders are sent via Registered International Post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for;

• Please note that international orders may incur custom duties and taxes upon delivery, which are payable by the customer. Import taxes, customer/duties are enforced by local Governments and are not controlled or imposed by Bondi Sands or our chosen freight provider. If you’re not sure whether you’ll be impacted or not, please reach out to us directly.

• All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 15-30 business days:

  • There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.

  • Orders containing Salon Solutions are unable to be delivered outside of Australia. 

The data registered by the bondisands.com website in respect of an order will be conclusive proof of the whole of the transactions conducted between Bondi Sands and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Bondi Sands and its customer about an order made on the bondisands.com website, the data registered by Bondi Sands will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us.
